Because that Abraham [a]obeyed my voice and kept mine [b]ordinance, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

And the men of the place asked him of his wife, and he said, She is my sister: for he [c]feared to say, she is my wife, lest, said he, the men of the place should kill me, because of Rebekah, for she was beautiful to the eye.
